Legacy Hot Tubs, Pools & Saunas

Get ready for a well earned long winded rave! Legacy Hot Tubs was a wonderful choice to buy our first out door hot tub and we would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase!
1. They respected our budget: They have models as simple as you can get all the way up to the mega huge — all the bells and whistles you could ask for — kind of tubs! My husband and I knew what we wanted in terms of cost and James (the owner) never once turned on any «Salesman» pressure. He listened to what we wanted and found us a great fit!
2. They are responsive: Every contact we made by phone OR email was answered in a very short time. We had many questions back and forth about the process, and James was always helpful and friendly.
3. They follow-​through: We put a tub on hold in order to get our yard ready for installation. They were easy to schedule a delivery, made sure to call us ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. Like many new installations, there was some air locked in the water tubes — not only did James explain how we could handle it on our own if it ever happens again, they sent a technician out to our house that day to make sure that everything was 100% in order!
4. The Tub is Fabulous: We have been enjoying out hot tub every day since we got it!
