I’ve tried many gyms in the area and none of them compare to Jacos. The workout, the staff and the friendly atmosphere you can’t do much better. Kelli is a killer trainer and she will always push you and motivate you with ease.

When I followed my amazing trainer Willie Thomas over to Jaco’s almost two years ago, I was afraid I wasn’t «hard core» enough to work out here. Somehow I’d do something to embarrass myself (and Willie) and everyone would be laughing at me. For a moment I thought I’d have to find a new trainer or go back to my old gym. Prior to Jaco’s I had been working out w Willie at another gym for a couple years. He knows how to motivate and push me. He makes me want to do my best. I couldn’t leave him, so I knew I couldn’t leave Jaco’s. I had to at least try. Turns out, I love Jaco’s more than I could have ever imagined! There is an intensity in this place you just can’t generate with color coordinated weight machines, kitschy catch phrases on the wall and key fob entry. The sweat, the sore muscles, the grunts, the determination, the exhaustion — they all come from a very real place and you can feel it the moment you walk in the door. Kelli & Adam Jaco are 100% hands on, passionate people when it comes to fitness, their clients, and this gym. The only thing they love more is their family –and that’s probably another reason Jaco’s is so successful. Kelli & Adam have created a place where you are part of an extended family. When you go to Jaco’s you are too busy being inspired by those around you to waste time judging anyone. You realize «hard-​core» is as much mental as it is physical. This a great overall gym to get you going. They have boot camps, one on one classes, group boxing, yoga, and so much more. The owners are amazing and work great with everyone. Definitely check them out.
