I am not the type of person that does online reviews, but my EXCELLENT experience with Rick at Home Smart Central should be be known. I was treated like family and Rick Marks was very thorough with an explanation and recommendations to get home theater & Bar electronics on track. The compassionate and caring demeanor is obvious the minute we started explaining our goals. I was also very impressed with the abundance of product knowledge on SONOS & AUDIO EVERYWHERE. I am very confident with Ricks recommendations unlike others I have heard in the past. Thank You Home Smart Central for providing a GREAT service in the Sarasota community!

Rick is knowledgeable, does likes to upsell and once got confused about an appointment, not a big deal. Was available to install on a weekend, since we were leaving the country for 2.5 weeks. When done asked for short form guide to universal remote and how to interact with smart phone. Requested a short guide for universal remote and for interacting with Sonos from smart phones. Advised he didn’t have one but it was online. Did spend an hour or more explaining the system. When we returned we forgot every thing and called for refresher, called twice never returned calls. I figured most of it out but still can’t connect I tunes to the system and smart tv only accesses one link from universal remote. We’re going to add another speaker and will NOT ever use or recommend Rick to anyone but did retain another company to install the speaker add security cameras and give us knowledge on how to use the system.

Rick is awesome! Have used him to mount a flat screen TV, hide all of the wiring, install outdoor speakers and surround sound with sound balancing. If you need something electronic for your home or business, you need to call Home Smart Central and have Rick help you.
