You need to make sure that this facility has a walk-in doctor on site BEFORE you make the trip. The fact they call their facility urgent care would imply that they would always have one on site during their office hours… But not so. I drove specifically to this facility because of the one review that seemed very positive but was told no walk-in doctor was available and I would need to go to the Sarasota urgent care. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the receptionist was very sweet and the facility was nice and clean.
