This is the nicest Verizon store I have been to… quick service and no line! We went to upgrade phones and received the best customer service from Chris P. Chris is genuinely the nicest, most helpful sales rep I have ever dealt with. He had no problem answering the dozens of questions we had and easily worked around any issues that arose. He even fixed an issue a week later that was on Verizon’s end and not his. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

This is the greatest Verizon store. Chris is so knowledgable and patient. He has helped me select my phone and has helped in assisting with glitches. Honest and so easy to do business with.

I had gone to another Verizon store closer to my home 4 times within that many months with problems on my tablet and my phone both of which I had purchased from Verizon. both Samsung. the problems were never resolved until I came into the store at 8794 Tamiami. they saved my life both things are fixed. I cannot say enough about the patient Chris and what a good teacher he is. thank you thank you thank you.
