Extra Space Storage

I would advise going to any storage business EXCEPT Extra Space Storage. They have a really poor policy (which they apparently do at all of their facilities despite many customer complaints) of putting a huge sticker on your lock that says «Extra Space Storage» on it and don’t tell you ahead of time. I didn’t know so I used a really nice combination lock that I had been using for years and they put the sticker on it and now it is almost impossible to get it off. This sticker is crazy… I have been trying to get it off for several minutes now and managed to get maybe 5% of it, not including a gross sticky residue it left behind. I have no idea why they put this ridiculous sticker on my possession without asking. I’m wasting so much time trying to get it off… No storage unit I have ever used before has had this policy which is why I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

Tony was amazing, he went beyond the call of duty even helping us when we came in after our flight. He made sure that we were all set up and he did it with kindness and his smile his irreplaceable thank you Tony!

Very helpful, very flexible. Needed more space initially and will allow me ot move units to smaller space without jumping through a bunch of hoops. Convenient and reasonably priced.

Office staff is great. Renting was easy and our space is nice and clean. There seems to always be a lot of people there, even late at night. We saw a guy barefoot pacing around and on the phone, it makes me question if people aren’t just storing stuff there but themselves as well. I don’t think I would be comfortable going there in the evening or at night without my husband. Gate is often left open during the day so I worry about personal security but I do feel like my things I’m storing are safe and secure.
