Had an appt tried to cancel 36 hrs in advance due to an unexpected accident. Their website states 24hour cancel policy… Natasha refused to cancel my appt and was going to charge my friend
Was willing to get a doctors note to show her my injury but she refused and still was going to charge my friend
Her website says $ 50 for a hot stone massage if you book her her charge is $ 79
When asked to have it scheduled with one of her other therapist she refused
She might have 12 yrs experience but she needs to honor her website prices

Natasha will make you feel full of life and ready to take on the town. Her WOW facial will have you looking amazing. Today, I had a massage and facial and am leaving feeling terrific.
She will ask if there is anything in particular that would you would like for the day. If not she just creates a full menu of products and treatments that she thinks will make you sing!
I am treating my mother-​in-​law to «Queen for the day» for her 82nd birthday, she will have a facial, massage, manicure, pedicure and lunch.
