This is a very different and very much better computer-​buying and maintaining experience than anything out there. Buy your next computer there, and you will have a sit-​down with one of their expert technicians and have a tutorial, during which you and they will set up your computer and get you started just the way you want it. Develop problems that thrashing around won’t fix? Have another turtorial (for free). They will keep you happy with your computer. Only actual repairs (say, your virus protection product fails, or you drop it on its head) are charged. Since they built it, they know exactly what to do to set it right. I can’t say enough good things about these good people.
