D & D Garage Doors

Few months into new place and the original 1980s motor started shorting out, needed to update. Great service were able to get to it within about 36 hours of calling. Super quick turn around, friendly and knowledgeable team member installed it.

I have used D&D for years for maintaining my garage doors at my home, and my rental properties. Also, they are my recommended garage door repair company for any of my real estate customers that need service. I have used their salesman, Matt Johnson, for many years for anyone needing a quote and the feedback from my customers is always positive. Matt has an easy going, and personable guy that all my customers have appreciated.

The tech Justin came out today and I couldn’t have been happier. I was prepared to pay the money for a new spring however he was able to save me a ton of money with a quick fix. Update: One day later same issue, called d and d, they sent new tech from Tampa office this time. Wasn’t the spring at all. Simply a couple hidden areas to lubricate was the issue. (Yeah I felt dumb). Gentleman from Tampa office extremely knowlwedgable.(forgot his name).

I had D&D install two new garage doors at my house on Longboat Key. They did a fantastic job. Joe Ernst sold me the doors and he was a pleasure to deal with. I chose metal doors with dark wood grain paint. They look beautiful against my white house. Their price was supper competitive and the service was top notch.

Great prices and excellent service! Craig met me and walked me through everything to get the garage working again (springs and carriage) along with cost. Very transparent and not pushy (used one of their competitors a year ago at different location and they were 3xs as expensive). Great to have a reliable garage door company that will help you with any job!

This company installed my doors, I used them for some extras like insulation, work is sloppy, missing screws from insulation. I called them for other service and appointment and they did not even show up. Do not waster your money with this company, their interests is in discount home builder installations.

Again, I’ve sold them COUNTLESS vehicles in their statewide fleet as well as personal vehicles for their driveway and family transport. We purchased out garage doors from D and D garage doors they are foam that looks like «wood» they are falling apart! We called and they did come out and screw the «foam wood» back in, the stain also came off the doors. We live in a high end nieghborhood and many ppl have wood garage doors. Ours are the joke of the community! My husband in desperation painted them and look horrible! D and D said the company that made the doors went of out of business, so we were out of luck! Don’t deal with a company that will not stand by their products! People tell me welcome to Florida the land of bad businesses! So sad! I wish there were site’s like this when I built my home, ppl need to share their experiences!!! BEWARE!!! my opinion!
