The staff of this artistically forward gallery represent the ultimate in retail. From the incredible art throughout the gallery to the legendary customer support and the acute wisdom of Thom, who manages the «work room», it is a memorable and most positive browsing and shopping and learning experience. Hard to assign stars to this business because my experience differed so dramatically in the two times I used them. First time, they certainly would have earned five stars. Top notch service — helping me select frames. Woman I worked with had a great eye and gave me several suggestions. Craftsmanship was impeccable. Second visit was entirely different. Stopped by two separate times to try and have someone help me select a frame. Each time, employees were busy and unable to help. I felt a bit pushed off with no suggestion of when might be a better time to come back and ultimately picked frames on my own — not what I expect from a custom frame shop. Work was still great just not a wonderful second experience.
