Great happy hour food is ok for a chain restaurant nothing special good buy one get one happy hour. Bar gives chips and salsa to the very one.

Terrible food and marginal service. Everything covered with pepper. Both orders were incorrect.

Love the Carnitas Fajitas! great addition to the entrée selections. The appetizers however need help. The chips and salsa continue to be delicious. The service in the bar area is consistently the better option if you are hungry. The cheesy fries are a good choice of loaded french fries but in a smaller portion, so you don’t feel like you are going to only eat that. Great to share as are the pretzels. The 2 for $ 20 has some great options for budget dining.

Ok, so this is a chain (duh). So you already know the menu, the ambiance, etc, right? So when we rate chains on Unilocal,I think we should really focus our comments around front and back of house execution (my opinion.).
In these cases, when I’m dining solo, know I’m in the mood for a salad, or a burger I’ll go to a chain, and this Chili’s delivers consistently. Although the cooks have to get tired of preparing the same things over and over, the end product never reflects that. Hard to screw up a salad, right? Wrong. I’ve had plenty that were served like they were an afterthought, but not here. The quesadilla explosion and the Southwest Chicken salad (substitute honey lime dressing for the ranch) are two of my favorites, and servers are happy to accommodate.
Be aware, if you play games on the table units, there is a .99 fee. They don’t tell you that, at least obviously.

Friday and we were hungry but not up to sitting in a restaurant so we decided to try the Chilli’s to go online. We ordered for a 7pm pick up but the order wasn’t ready until 7:15. The potato skins were OK but not great. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas were completely forgettable. My wife’s order of Fried Shrimp were tasteless and the restaurant forgot to pack the sauce for the shrimp. The French fries were limp and sad and she just dumped them in the trash. And the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie was more of a flat brownie. I am guessing we won’t be back.
