Perfect! We stayed here for a week and what a lovely place. We stayed in C6 and it was clean, updated and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach and a short drive to downtown area. The pool is large enough that if you wanted to take a quick dip you weren’t sitting on top of other people. But I was surprised at how many people used the pool with that giant sandy beach on the other side. We spent most of our mornings walking on the beach and nights trying to take the perfect sunset photo. I would highly recommend Casa Blanca and I see why so many people return year after year! The only thing I wish they had was somewhere to grill. I know probably for insurance reasons they can’t but that would have made our dinners perfect!

This is the first time I’ve ever been to Siesta Key, and WOW is it beautiful! Casa Blanca was very cozy and while it does not offer an ocean view, it is only within 100 yards of the beautiful white sandy beaches. The staff here are extremely friendly. Each villa has a sun room which is great for enjoying your morning coffee. The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars would be its distance from the village and it’s very shady wifi. However, there are several«tips only» taxis that will give you a ride! Would definitely stay here again!

As with many of these condos along the beach on Siesta Key, they are privately owned but rented out by a local management company. As a result, they’re all decorated a little bit differently, and some are nicer than others. For instance, while our kitchen had nice appliances, cooking was made a little difficult by the lousy utensils they had… so you take the good with the bad(rhyme unintentional). Prices are aboute average or just below for the area. This is an older complex but very well maintained. For instance, the grass was cut twice during the week we were there and the buildings and grounds were in good shape. Our villa was spacious and comfortable enough for four adults. Apartments are literally on the beach; villas are a fairly short walk depending on which unit you’re in. Those with higher numbers are closer to the beach. There are plenty of chairs and chaise lounges available and lots of space on the private area of the beach, which is nice. It’s just a little too far to walk to the restaurants and pars near Stickney Point Road; probably just about a mile. It’s a full two miles to Siesta Village aka downtown Siesta Key. I found that to be a little bit of a drawback; last time we were here we were across the street from a nice little bar, so there was no need to worry about driving after drinking. All in all, this is reasonably priced accommodations in a nice location. I’d definitely consider coming back here but I’d also look at other options.
