Burger King takes aim at an American classic and is true to form. If you thought no one could screw up a simple classic hotdog think again as I said Burger King is true to form what a disgusting offering. Stay home and cook some good old-​fashioned hotdogs yourself add a little mustard and relish and enjoy you just saved yourself eight dollars with fries and a melted ice cream sundae

I manage a business in the same shopping area as this store, and often eat here do to the location of the restaurant, however after being served English muffins that were not toasted twice I. The same week, countless cold burgers and stale buns, I have decided to no longer visit this location. I have managed a burger king in the past and can’t believe how low the standards have gotten.

Food colder than ice, stale bread, and a thirty minute wait in the rain, also in the drive thru. horrible food.horrible staff… insane wait for s**t…PLEASE, FOR YOUR BENEFIT AND HUNGER, NEVER GO HERE…

FLAT SODA every soda was flat. I told the manager which he told me and another customer «Yall niggas need to pump it up.»
Also my whopper cold too much mayo. Fell apart half way thru. And the dang fry maker was down LOL… raise the pay so you can attract people who actually give a crap about the job. 8 a hr, no wonder you have a bunch a incompetent employees

Stopped by one day because there was an article I read on how the quality had improved dramatically and there were new items on the menu. When will I learn? Had the new bacon and cheese whopper. Onion rings — barely warm
Burger — dry and warm
Cheese — didn’t melt/​burger not warm enough
And finally,
Bacon — 3 pieces, one completely uncooked and cold. (Photos included)
Please put this location out of it’s misery. It is pitiful and disgusting.

This place continues to drop customer satisfaction.
Possibly in need of new management! When I was there during my lunch hour two customers complained of wrong orders given.
My all time favorite Whopper was cold!
The first time I ever had a burger where the meat was as cold as the chilled onion!
Sweet tea dispenser was out of tea. So I had to get a Diet Coke.
All I can say about this is that this BK needs to go on a huge restoration starting with the management to lazy the employees. (not all seemed lazy) but I can count at least two… they cared more about whose to clean a certain area and complained about it loudly ~ rather than attending the long lines waiting to order from both sides the drive-​thru and the counter!

They don’t even deserve a star. I have never had ruder service in my life. I am normally the last to complain on things but my food was not what I ordered, I asked for my double cheeseburgers with ketchup and pickles was given there new double stacks which have bacon and thousand island dressing on them. Went to have them remade and they actually refused. While talking with the manager calmly about this I looked in the kitchen to see the cook tying his hair back play on his cell phone then grab people’s food, no washing of hands no gloves of any kind. I thought that was bad enough but then we witnessed them change the garbage and go directly back to making food. Even if the manager would have replaced my food (which he wouldn’t and wanted to charge me for new sandwiches) I wouldn’t have eaten them after witnessing there hygienic practices. Sounds crazy but my wife captured the whole thing on her iPhone and I plan to send it to corporate. Avoid this BK location at all costs. Much safe to make the 3 mile trip to the next one. Or hey visit the taco bell, checkers, or McDonald’s right next door. H

Start a relaxing weekend by picking up breakfast from this Burger King? Ah, no… I could have gotten breakfast at The Ritz lots quicker.
About 40 minutes in the drive through line with only two cars ahead of me. Message to BK management; walk across the street to McDonalds and see how it’s done.
