Brighter World Painting Inc

Had numerous companies come out to quote a job and they were absolutely ludicrous. Have a small amount of current work that needed to be done and it felt like most people were just trying to price us out of the park. Really it was hard enough to get a paint company to return our calls and I luckily found adam, from a brighter world. Incredibly fair price, and so and they work or he had come to our house was there a half an hour early.
Did a little more work than what I had asked for and still only wanted the agreed-​upon price. I couldn’t recommend them anymore if you are trying to get professional painting done for a fair price.

We scheduled our guest bath to be painted by Brighter World on 11÷25÷13. I followed up the Monday prior via text and phone and received confirmation that a «Chad» would arrive at noon. My husband flew into town for the only purpose to get our guest bath done in time for the holidays.
Brighter World did not return our calls, texts and was totally unprofessional when I finally did get a hold of them, 5 hours later. The owner said he was sick which is understandable but gave no reason why «Chad» just decided to not show up to the job. No reason, no apology and why would your phone be off if you are the owner of a company?
They offered to have «Chad» come out the next day at 11am but how can you trust someone that already didn’t show up the first time? I had no choice but to scramble to find a new painter that was available the next day during a holiday week as my husband was only in town until Wednesday.
It was an extremely stressful situation dealing with this from Chicago while my husband was in FL. I’ve never been stood up by a contractor before and left high and dry like that on a job that was time sensitive.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Totally unprofessional and totally ridiculous.
