Not a happy camper. Ordered a sample online that took forever. By the time it arrived, I had to decide on something else to move forward. When I emailed Gwen, she told me I would receive the sample the next day. I explained I no longer needed the sample since it took so long, and asked how I could immediately return to sender. She did not respond to my second email at all.
One thing a tile place has to be is reliable since you rely on their work and delivery times to schedule installation and surrounding work. I won’t reach out to them again.
