Incredible hand thrown, thin crust pizza from the brick oven! Cozy atmosphere and delicious fish dishes. The kale salad is fantastic! We had a wonderful time at 15 and look forward to our next visit!

This is the place for take out pizza on the circle. Don’t be fooled by the classic Italian restaurant vibe — yes, it’s a nice place for dinner. But I come in with hair wet from the pool and sip some wine at the bar while my pizzas are made in front of me. Yum!

I came in with my wife and some friends for my wife’s birthday. The server was rude and arrogant. Other than his antics and very poor customer service we had a great time. Perhaps management could remind Manuel — 2911 that customer service is an important part of the experience.

Came for some pretty delicious pizzas, the San Danielle was very rich but excellent if you want a specialty pizza. The meatball pizza was clearly homemade meatballs. Overall pretty good. Service was very European in the sense that it was slow but never felt rushed. Would have enjoyed more meatballs but the he San Danielle was loaded with prosciutto.

This was recommended to me by a old italian man from naples telling me if i want authentic italian food to go here. So me and my gave gave it a shot and it was great ive been to italy and it was as good of a meal i ate there, if your on a budget then it might be expensive for you but you get what you pay for i will be coming back everytime im in town.

Best Italian & my FAV on St. Armand’s Circle!
The service is usually great and I love that every time I go I usually walk right in and I have a table. The patio is also a nice option. They are also open late. Upstairs they have salsa dancing on the weekends, so go dance your booty off then come downstairs and grab a pizza.
My favorites are:
–bruschetta
–Caprese salad
–pizzas (Margherita & the Margherita fresco)
–gnocchi
–tiramisu
Every time I go I always have an enjoyable server. The wine list is usually very good, and make sure you ask about the specials if they don’t tell you.
If you are hungry on St. Armand’s this is my go-​to restaurant. Good service, good food, good people.

Worst service ever. I am a local and will NEVER go back. We could not get anybody to seat us even though the restaurant was empty and once we did get our table nobody wanted to serve us. I had to flag down our server every time we needed anything and he could care less about our satisfaction. The bill ended up being $ 60.?? and I specifically tipped 10% ($ 6.00) because of the horrible service. When I checked my credit card statement they increased the tip and charged me $ 69.99. I am not upset about the extra $ 3.00 I just think that is a bad way to run a business. Horrible service and horrible food. Total tourist trap.

Amazing food! Very authentic Italian. Wonderful Buratta cheese with artichoke hearts. Also love the Carpaccio — perfect. The pasta is also delicious as well as the veal dishes. You really feel like you are in Europe.

Came here after an unpleasant experience at another fine St. Armand’s establishment. Linda, the bartender, made sure we weren’t permanently soured by this area. She was friendly, outgoing, informative, and helpful. We enjoyed her company while we had a quick bottle of wine at the bar. We tried their house Cabernet and it was good. After reading other reviews, I wish we’d had some pizza! We had a great view of the brick oven from the bar. This place is clean and dark and romantic. I was there with friends and it proved to be perfect for that too.

So thank goodness we found this place. Coming from bad experience from across the way. Linda, our bartender, was so sweet and welcoming. We got lucky, and sat right up at the bar. She sold us on a bottle of wine, and we had good conversation. I will absolutely be back, and recommend this place.

My husband and I have been here many times. We have shared pizza with friends and family that visit. This weekend was my last visit. It’s so sad because the pizza is so good! It’s the customer service that I just can’t tolerate any longer. The server with long hair and glasses and says «ello» is horrifically rude and slow. The bartender Joe (50ish) is rude, arrogant, and constantly talking of his personal issues with his 20 year old girlfriend. On at least 3 different visits, my husband and I have heard his stories of his problems dealing with someone so young. He also pushes his private massage therapy on the older ladies. Yuck! Gives me the chills.
I also get the feeling the staff wants us to eat and get out.

They have some of, if not the best pizza on St. Armand’s Circle. The only problem is the customer service –it seems as if they want you to order, eat and leave. I have been there many times and most visits have been very good in terms of both food and service.
However, my last time there took our waiter way too long to take our order and get us our food. When the food came the pizza was cold and not enjoyable. I would have asked them to remake it, but I knew if I did we would have been there for at least another hour waiting.

Have visited this restaurant on my last two trips to Sarasota and it is always a good experience. My husband and I had dinner there last night and our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We quickly got our drinks and some bread. We ordered the mussels that were on special and split the arugula salad. The mussels were good but somewhat fishy and the salad was delicious. For my main entrée I got the penne bolognese. Portion was generous and it was very good. My husband got the seafood risotto and he was impressed with the amount of seafood in the dish.
Will definitely be visiting 15 South again!

We ended up at this restaurant on a whim while walking around the circle. We all decided we could use a drink (for the adults) and a snack (for the kids). We sat outside, and were waited on by a gentleman that had a great and very dry sense of humor, which was just right for us.
I was uncertain how it would go over having the two kids with us (who were sort of crabby from hunger, despite having ice cream not to long before), as some restaurants aren’t all that welcoming for the kiddos, but these guys were great!
We ordered a pasta dish that wasn’t on the menu (alfredo sauce with chicken and broccoli) for the 4 year old, and the burrata dish for the 10 year old. Both dishes were incredibly good, and very fresh.
The adults drank prosecco, which was delicious, and nibbled on the kids’ food. It was a perfect afternoon stop for us.

Fantastic brick oven pizza made with high quality ingredients. Great taste, great crust, great Pizza. The manager could not have tried any harder to give us great service. Would return here in a heart beat.
