Love this place. Their early bird special is fantastic. The house wine is delicious. Disregard the 2011 reviews. All of Cashiers and Sapphire now have liquor license!

This is the best authentic Italian restaurant anywhere! The waiters are professional and the food in fresh and delicious. They got their liquor license last year so for $ 35 fee you can be a member and get your gift certificate to use on the next visit. These are just the rules of a dry county. You will not be disappointed. Mention that you are a friend of the Cabins at Seven Foxes and get the royal treatment!

The service was unique. You need a dry sense, of humor; and, don’t take yourself, too seriously.
I will, DEFINITELY, return.
The lone, rather serious, difficulty is the lack, of adequate parking. It’s a mess!

Osteria del Monte finally has a liquor license! On your next visit you will have to pay a $ 35 membership «fee». However as a new member you receive a $ 35 gift certificate good on your next visit. Wine list is good and fairly priced, food is still the best Italian between Asheville and Highlands. Bring your tennis racquet!
