If i could give zero stars i would. been lied to numerous times and given the run around on countless shipments. the so called«account reps» the worst they don’t return phone calls or emails when you need help. but once my company stopped using them they called regularly. especially dont use them for ups they charged us more than being billed directly with ups then tried to cover it up, when asked to speak to a supervisor they were all conveniently out of town or on leave. only department that has any sense of customer service is the account department.

Rates are higher when invoiced after quotes. Sales rep and manager are pushy and don’t listen. Could not wait to get rid of them.

The people in the Lake Oswego, Oregon office are awful. A two day shipment took an entire week and we were billed for an extra 400 lbs. Then the district manager came in and threatened me, so I asked him to leave. When I called to ask for his supervisor I was transferred to his brother. I don’t think so.

I just did a huge media kit project with Worldwide Express and they were amazing! Lauren handled our huge order of 1200 labels quickly and efficiently while being professional and friendly. A project of this size usually is a 3 day job, but they turned it around in 24 hours. They were very friendly and offered to even drop off the labels at our office! The customer service is as good as it gets. Thanks for making a project that seemed overwhelming, quick and easy. Next time I have a shipping project, WWE is my first stop. Thanks again Lauren and the tech support guys who helped sort out the international postage situation. You guys rock!

I was recently contacted through Unilocal by an employee of Worldwide Express; the only information relevant to amend the review I originally wrote is that the representative who stole our office supplies is no longer employed by Worldwide Express, and that the company apparently no longer partners with DHL. I have not had further professional experience with Worldwide Express since my original post.

DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY!!! Their rates are not lower as promised. Their billing is screwed up and rather than call to discuss if there is a problem, they threaten to send you to collection for an invoice. After asking for copies of missing invoices, I was immediately contacted to make payment by phone. Unprofessional and incompetent. No wonder the Sean had to join the peace corp. To pay for his sins.
