Will’s Super Shell Service

Called Will’s at 11am. Was given the garages # of 415 239 4128. Asked how much for the cost for a smog check for a 2009 car. Quoted $ 59. Arrived at 11:35 with one car ahead of me. Went to get coffee & car was ready by 12:10pm. Nice & easy.

The guy can’t speak English
They don’t check your fluids they charge extra 25.00 dollars to check my transmission fluids that only takes 1 minute lazy if u ask me
Very defensive attitude first time here and my last. What a joke. At least I got a oil change reminder sticker haha

Been coming here family wise ever since the first Chevy broke down. Though Shell down the street around 3600 – 4000 blocks of Mission is generally ~10 cents cheaper for gas.

I purchased gas and a car wash on ⁸⁄₂₇. The receipt stated the code was valid for 14 days. Went to wash the car today (⁹⁄₈) and the code was invalid. Contacted an attendant named Jesus in which he proceeded to ask why I’m just showing up now. I told him it doesn’t matter, I’m within 14 days. He kept repeating the question even after I told him the code should still be valid. He then stated he has other customers waiting behind me to go through the wash and repeated the question again. He told me he was trying to help and proceeded to walked away. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me I need to come into the store. I came in and he continued to ask why I’m late getting the wash. Finally he had someone else help me that could calculate 14 days from ⁸⁄₂₇. This will end my trips to this Shell station. Miserable customer service, especially when I followed their guidelines of use.
