William Hoffman, MD

Dr. Hoffman is an excellent surgeon, he has had years and years of experience to perfect his craft, there’s no doubt he’s probably one of the best in the Bay Area if not the state. He repaired my daughters cleft lip and palate 5 years ago and there is no doubt that his amazing work has much to do with why my daughter has beaten every odd that they said she would have. I can’t say enough about this guy, we are grateful to have had the opportunity to be in his care. I’ve seen reviews on other sites talking negatively about how long it takes to get an appointment, yes it can but that should not put you off, he is worth the wait. Also, he is friendly but he is not the super «warm and fuzzy» kind of man which is fine because he is thorough, kind and to the point and honestly that is most important.

One of the WORST doctors I have EVER met. His secretary is rude and incompetent. Do not work well with patients and making scheduling an appointment nearly impossible. I would never recommend him or his practice to anyone. IF I could I would give this practice 0 stars especially his secretary. Patient care is apart of the job and clearly this practice has no regard for that.
