When I walked into the store the sales associate Greg me because I thought he was a mannequin. But other than that he was very helpful full and funny. He didn’t have my first choice of boot in stock but they had my second choice and it fits great. I think I might love them more than my first choice now because they are so comfortable. You have to look in every corner and top to bottom of this store because they have something for everyone in the family. Truly Greg was very helpful he even helped my daughter fined a pair of miss me Jeans in her size. I will be coming back here things are responsibley priced considering western wear is normally very very expensive.

Went to this business while in San Francisco. Ordered and paid for a shirt to be sent to me because they didn’t have my size. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t received it yet. Have called twice to talk to the manager with no call back. Finally reached her and she said she would get back to me the following day. Still no word. Called again today and the store clerk Michael couldn’t even take the time to let me know when she would be in. I explained I was calling long distance and it would be nice to know when she was going to be in and he was completely rude and said he couldn’t help me. Definitely not a company that I would ever deal with again. At this point I just want my money back!!!
