My gf and I went in here to find an Eames elephant that, according to their website, they manufacture. We approach a sales representative and she explains that they don’t sell it through their store but are getting a floor sample in about a month (ok?). We ask if they carry samples of finishes and colors. Initially she says that they do not. She graciously provides answers to our barrage of questions and even offers to bring in her personal piece to show us. Eventually, she emerges with samples of finishes and colors and writes out the web addresses of other shops that might carry it. Thanks?
