Virtual Express

I can’t say that I was not skeptical about having my clothes picked up and cleaned without something missing on its return. I have yet to have a missing pair of socks. Its very easy to setup pick up and deliver so I can’t complain. Everything has came back great the 4 times that I have used them. The service is very consistent and friendly.

Prompt. Execution flawless. Outstanding customer service. Needless to say I’m a very busy guy with work and all but dry cleaning delivered and picked up at my house was amazing. Definitely will be using these guys again!!!

I normally do not write much reviews as there are many Unilocalers already. However, I feel the need to praise Virtual Express for their outstanding service. I first noticed Virtual Express from a flyer at my apartment door and decided to give it a shot, since my go to dry cleaners wasn’t up to par lately. From the registration to placing a pickup, it was user-​friendly. I admit, I was a little nervous and worried at first with Virtual Express service. I mean who wouldn’t be, if you’re a first time user, trying out a new business. Thank god, Virtual Express reliable service proved me wrong! The delivery was not only on time, but came a little earlier! A major plus for I have many errands to run. I got my blouses and shirts back, pressed, cleaned. I think I might have just found my new go to cleaners!
