I came here based on several recommendations and had a great experience. The staff is friendly, price of service fair, and they provided fantastic communication regarding the estimated cost of service and status/​completion of service for my Rolex submariner. They did a real great job… fast turnaround, watch looks brand new, fixed lose clasp, and they warranty their service. Overall very happy with this place and will recommend to other family and friends. RG
