I wanted to try this place today but it moved to another location on Gilman Ave. This location is officially closed!

BESTFOODINTHENEIGHBORHOOD! Been coming here since I was a freshman in high school and wondered why I never tried it earlier. I used to order the bacon hamburger and its always so good and juicy. Their fries are really good too. They’re not too crunchy but they’re not too soft either, just the way I like it. The lady that used to work here, Stephanie, was extremely friendly and nice. I recently tried the chicken wings/drumsticks and they’re even better than the burgers! I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu whenever I’m hungry and too lazy to drive anywhere. Service is awesome! Every employee here greet you and thank you as you enter or leave. ***Parking***: Street only. Make sure to feed the meters or drive a block or 2 down for free residential parking. ***QUICKTIP***: TRYTHECHICKENWINGS! They’re JUICY! CASHONLY!

This place looks like a hole in a wall? YUP you right. But then again, it taste sooooooo good! I have always gone to two jacks for lunch and I always other fried food. In particular, I always order chicken wings or pop corn chicken. The fried chicken taste so good and moist, yet the batter on the outside still have a really good crunch to it. I don’t know how they make it but it’s addicting. I usually order the large wings and it comes with 7 mid joint wings and 7 wing drums with fries and 2 slice of bread. I also heard that their burgers are really good. I need to try that sometime and give my thoughts on it. Overall the food is delicious and it’s very good. You have to try it to know what I mean. **parking** It is only available on street marking at meters or unless you find a parking spot on Rutland or Peabody street and walk to the Two Jacks on Leland Ave. They only take cash here. I’ve only gone to this place for it’s burgers and fries. The price is decent because the size of the food makes up for it. A place worth trying out when you’re in Visitacion Valley.

My friends recommended this place to me for burgers and they did not disappoint. I came in here and the placed look pretty dirty. Everything looked sticky but I wasn’t planning to eat here anyways. It was a small place, and when I came here there was only 1 customer sitting there eating. So I went to look at the menu and everything was like HB, CB, DCB, and so on. They had to stand for hamburgers and cheeseburgers, double cheeseburger, and so on. They should really type everything out to save the customer time. I was tired of decoding them so I just went on and asked if they had a double bacon cheeseburger. They did and it was 8 bucks with fries included. It took 7 – 10 minutes to finish. When I took it out of the bag it was HUGE. I opened it up and I took a big bite right away. It was pretty greasy but I didn’t care because it was so good. Unlike other huge burgers that fall apart when I ate it, this one kept in place and the last bite made me think, «I’m coming back for sure.»

I love Two Jacks Seafood! I was a fan when I lived closer to the Haight Street location and I am even a bigger fan of the Leland Ave location. The fish is cooked well with a light corn meal breading and every time the food has been fresh. I highly recommend Two Jacks Seafood.

Ridiculous!!! I have lived in the Vis. Valley area for 5 years and I feel strongly that local small businesses should be supported. But for five years I have gotten more and more irriatated by their customer service. I can spew off many stories, but as I am typing I am remembering the signs they have in the store … «can refuse service to anyone!!» Whatever, we can refuse service to you as well! A few months back I ordered Red Snapper fried hard, instead I got something that tasted more like Sole. Why do people assume if you are a certain color you are not bright, and usually the people questioning you are the same color as you! IDIOTS! I know the difference between Sole and Red Snapper — and let’s just imagine I made a mistake, I have been in this over-priced establishment for 5 years, I am not trying to get over, I just want my SNAPPER! Well I learned ignorance is bliss. They must be related to the owner because no real owner would have such a crew running his/her store! GOODLUCK!
