Dr. Ervin is an incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled therapist, who quickly understands who you are as an individual, and gives you real insight into who you are and why you do the things you do. His style is very dynamic and adaptive and on days where I went in feeling good, he would challenge me and help me make progress with my issues. On days where I was ready to give up, he’d be that sympathetic, understanding voice helping me to carry on. Dr. Ervin has helped enrich my life and has given me the tools I use on a daily basis to get the most out of life. Getting in touch with Dr. Ervin was one of the best things I’ve done! I cannot recommend Dr. Ervin enough.

Dr. Ervin listens to your problems and actually engages you in conversation, unlike other therapists ive been to who just sit there with a blank look on their face when you run out of things to say. Dr. Ervin genuinly cares about his patients. His fees are also quite reasonable by SF therapist standards. He is «out of network» on insurance, but will work with you on the paperwork to get you reinbursed from your insurance (assuming you have the «out of network» reimbursement option).
Dr. Ervin has seen me through some very difficult times and I am very greateful that I found him.
