James was friendly and informative, without being pushy– a perfect balance of leaving me alone but not abandoned; helpful but not overbearing. I came for a dresser. Given the beautiful display in the window I expected to browse, sigh longingly at the price tags and be on my way. While there are some high-end Danish modern pieces in the several-thousand dollar range, I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful vintage dresser for about what I’d pay for a new Ikea version(and I’ll bet this one lasts longer). Delivery to my 2nd floor apartment nearby cost $ 35– I just have to help them get it up the stairs. $ 60 for full-service, but it seems negotiable depending on what you bought/where it’s going. Bottom line: here you can find affordable vintage furniture(and the fancy stuff too) with great service.
