I’ve no clue how I’ve not written a review for my neighborhood cathedral’s gift shop. But here goes. The shop situated next to the Peet’s on the bottom floor of the cathedral offers trinkets and souvenirs of the cathedral and many thoughtful, spiritual gifts. You’ll also find housewares, fair trade crafts, local art, plaques, candles, labyrinth music, prayer cards, jewelry, postcards, amulets and rosaries. Staff is pleasant, low-key and the space is soothing and inviting, without being overwhelming. The literature and ambiance is not only meant for Episcopalians.

I’m going to edit this and give a higher rating because I really didn’t rate it fairly earlier. I’m still somewhat annoyed that they have plenty of non-Christian books but have no idea who Edward Pusey or Lancelot Andrewes are. No 1928 or 1662 prayer books either. I advise anyone who finds value in the writings of classical Anglicans to look elsewhere. Modern Episcopalians may fare better here.

Crazy as it sounds… one of my favorites in my old ‘hood! Unique cards, one-of-a-kind jewelry, crafty items, and of course your typical Christian ;D

I was greatly surprised that this Christian church greatly pushed walking the labyrinth and reiki energy. I had never known a faith to follow that… I had found it on my own thru other studies. I was very pleased to find a beautiful silver necklace of a labryinth, which I consequently purchased. :) This store also included items of reiki, buddhism, and other popular faiths for the variety people that come in here.
