This is the best window treatments company out there. I myself work for a company that produces high-​end furniture, fabric and lighting. We wanted to use our own provided fabric and have them created into Roman Shades. Initially, I was using a different company who had been jostling me around making several major errors. It was less than 2 weeks before our showroom open week and I came to Peggy, Ray and Ed in utter panic. They miraculously turned around my shades in a little over a week (despite having a standard 3 – 4 week lead time) as they knew this was an absolute dire situation. No matter if you are furnishing residential or commercial, being able to rely on your vendor makes a world of difference. If you are looking to have a beautiful blinds made effortlessly — look no further!!!

I owned a business on the east coast and we made draperies, slipcovers and upholstery. I would have loved to have had someone like Ed to work for me. He is so knowledgeable and great at giving advice when you are not quite sure. Their prices are very fair (I got three other quotes), and I have already told my neighbor about them.

I can’t recommend Ed & Peggy at the Roman Shade Co enough. From start to finish they know how to treat customers and deliver top quality products and installation in a timely fashion. It’s pretty rare to have window treatments made, and then call back the company a decade later and talk to the same professionals. Window treatments can be tricky and you definitely want them measured and fitted with very little margin for error. A+ for good old-​fashioned customer service.

We had a very good experience working with this company to install «see through» shades in our office. We got quotes from two other shade companies, and this was the least expensive, and they were the most responsive and reliable. Ray and Peggy provided excellent customer service, were always happy to answer any questions, and made good suggestions, making the process very easy. Unlike other companies, they do not charge for shipping, and offer a ten-​year warranty. The shades look great in our office, and really help with the glare.

I highly recommend the Roman Shade Company. They were super professional and friendly from the initial call for information (thank you Peggy) to the in house design appointment to look at blinds (thank you Ed). They were extremely knowledgeable and their prices very reasonable as blinds are not cheap. While this was a very small job (one big window) they treated it just like it was a big job. When Ed and Jared installed the blinds, they took the time to make sure they were installed perfectly. I will be back for more rooms.

Peggy, Ray, and Jared hit the ball out the park. I needed floor-​to-​ceiling black out drapes for my commercial photography work. Ray assessed my studio and helped me select drapes that are not only functional, but are also aesthetically pleasing. I really appreciate/​ed that Ray and Jared completed the installation process with precision and care for the drapes and the rest of my studio space. I love the new studio smell and that my drapes are guaranteed. Peggy, Ray, and Jared, thank you so much! Roman Shade Company designed, delivered, and installed four magnificent Roman shades for us in 2006. We are still enjoying these very elegant shades. Two are scalloped and with double tucks. Three are in our living room and one in the bathroom. When some minor service to replace a broken cord was required, Roman Shade was quick to respond. Definitely a five star recommendation for Roman Shade Company.
