Worst dry cleaning experience — lost my pants, owner doesn’t speak English, cash or check only and lousy dry cleaning job. I’d give this a 0 star if that was an option

My husband and I have been using the Laundry Basket for four years. Elaine is fabulous. They know us by name, are always so pleasant and of course do a great job. I am a bit OCD about our clothes, so I pre-​sort colors and bring out own detergent. Great prices and quick turnaround!
Only downside is it cash only, but on several occasions they have let me IOU if I am a bit short. :)

The Marina is filled with laundromats and some are bigger than others. This is one of the smaller ones and that is a good thing. I come here because they get my stuff back on time even when I am on a tight schedule. They also seem to pay attention to spots without going overboard on stain removers that can harm clothing. Dependable and reliable service!

GREAT PLACE! The lady here does an excellent job. I had a business trip to get to the same day I brought in my clothes. I brought in some clothes in the morning, and they had it all ready for me the very same afternoon! Plus, all my clothes were neatly folded, so I didn’t have to waste more time packing! :)

If you need to get your jeans altered… GO HERE. I used to go to Denim Doctor in LA (why yes, the same on B. Spears frequents) and these guys are just as good and about 1⁄10th the price. Need some huge gaping hole in the butt all sewed up without looking super obvious? No probs! Once they took an inch and a half out of the waist of one of my jeans… and I’m still trying to figure out how… no seams!
Best dry cleaners on Chestnut, promise (spots, irons, even smells nice if you request it)… but they’re pretty pricey.

Best service! If you need laundry quick, just ask, and they can usually meet your deadline. So happy to get my blue wrapped packages folded and sorted so neatly. Definitely worth the extra cost (which, btw, is cheaper than most fluff n’ fold).

These owner’s are great. They do alterations as well as same day service and are most likely the the cheapest and most dependable cleaners that I have found in the Marina area.
