Cannot speak to Mike’s competence with computers or technology. Only business etiquette, and common courtesy — NONE. Zero. Zip.
Left two voice mails, maybe three? over the course of 10 days or so. Waited the 10 days knowing that the holidays create crazy schedules. Not even one return phone call in that time.
I would not use. I would not recommend. Big Thumbs Down!

I like his calm demeanor and matter of fact knowledge. Oh, and he was very fair on his pricing. I will call him again!
My Mac crashed and had no idea who to call. I found Mike on Unilocal and called him based on the reviews. He was very good. He seems to know his stuff and although my problem wasn’t fixable by him because it was hardware related, he gave me good advice and diagnosed what he thought it was and was right.

Mike is the best! He comes to you, is very knowledgeable about both PCs and Macs and if he can’t fix something right away, he will take the back-​up with him and continue working after hours until the job is done. He was a life saver when my hard drive failed, and of course I didn’t have a back up. He managed to get all the important data off of my broken hard drive, install a new one in my laptop, and transfer the data. And, on top of all that, his fees are very reasonable. I recommend Mike, aka The Computer Therapist, without reservations.
