Teevan

I have nothing but praise for Teevan. They are a top notch company. As they say, it starts at the top and the reason is Ben, the owner. What a great and personable guy. The entire staff are so nice and total professionals. No cheap inexperienced hires or riff raff sketchy employees here. I have worked with many companies on jobs and have yet to find any company like Teevan. They did an amazing job on our 16 unit condo building. They painted it, replaced a ton of windows and did a slew of other repairs to the building as well. Recently they ran pipes outside the building to install a unit owners washer and dryer and they did a great job. They also traced and figured out where a mysterious leak was coming from in another unit and solved the mystery. We were so thrilled with them that we hired them to fix a giant custom built rolling roof at my father in-​laws house. No doubt, we will hire them in a few years to repaint the building again. They are not just about big jobs. I would hire them for small ones too. Use them and you will never hire anyone else again. Just sharing a great resource.

TeeVan recently completed a large scale exterior restoration of our Historic Loft building in SOMA. The building residents had a great deal of apprehension going into the project because of the scale and duration of the work but TeeVan managed the project with minimal disruption to the homeowners and delivered a first class product. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend TeeVan.

They did a full restoration of our wood exterior on the building. Included replacing warped siding, and plugging all sorts of holes, and repainting.
Basically, they do a great job. You probably pay a slight premium for their services but it is worth it for the quality. Their contracts are extremely detailed, right down to the # of siding panels they were going to replace, and the cost for each additional panel should they find more rotted ones. They are experts at working in cramped SF spaces. We needed scaffolding over our neighbor’s walkway, and they had it up and down in 2 weeks (the rest of the project had scaffolding up for 4 weeks).

They painted our condo in 2007, 3 sides. They did a great job with a complex situation where we had rot and had to get the original builder to fix it. They did a great job keeping things clean, and the workers were all wonderful. Not the cheapest bid, but we thought they would do the best job. Ben was our main contact, and Luis was our foreman. I will have to update this review in 5 years to note how well the paint job has held up! They are very responsive and have great followup.
