She charged me $ 35 for a haircut and expected tips which gave me a bad impression of them. All I asked was for a hair wash and haircut with requirements of a v shape and three inches less than my previous hair. They rip teenagers off. My mother went on a separate day and charged her $ 25 for the same haircut WITH TIPS INCLUDED. I do admit it was an okay haircut but they do rush with hair even when there is one person in line.

Alice usually cuts my hair and she is great! Both Alice and Amy speak English and the business is clean, organized and well priced. I always leave the premises feeling refreshed and looking wonderful. It’s very close to a cable car stop and public transportation. I will keep on returning!

My second time coming to this place. My friend referred me to Alice, one of the two hairstylists and said she was really good at cutting hair for woman. She said I could show Alice a cut I wanted and Alice would be able to replicate it. Wow.
I showed Alice a couple of photos of haircuts that I liked and she immediately knew what type of style I wanted. The cut took about an hours. My hair is medium length and I have thick hair, so she charged me $ 25.
Service is good and prompt. I appreciate how I was greeted upon entering. The shop is clean and organized.

Just had my hair washed and blow-​dryed (bob style) by Amy here in Chinatown. I feel very fortunate to 1. Just walk in with zero wait time (maybe because it’s Veteran’s Day) 2. It looks really great! and 3. Super reasonably priced. Nice sunny salon and friendly staff.

Great place to get a haircut and shampoo. The place is very clean, neatly organized and customer service is excellent. There is emphasis on making the customer feel special and relaxed. The hair stylist took her time, paid special attention to detail and I never felt rushed. This is the best place I’ve been to yet.

When I recently saw a woman with the exact style of bob I wanted, I asked her where she got her hair cut and she pointed out this salon. Thanks to her tip, I came here and was able to get a fantastic hair cut. I didn’t make an appointment and only had to wait 15 minutes. It was only $ 20! Cash only though, keep in mind.

They cut well, and also give good advice. Reasonable prices. They’re usually crowded, which’s a good sign, but they are very efficient. Mostly Asian clientele, but I’ve seen Caucasian people getting clipped also.
