ZERO stars for giving me ZERO funds while I was charged a full amount, PLUS $ 3.50 ATM fee.
Their ATMs do not work, and customer service is very poor. After calling the customer service for many times, I finally got to talk to the «Manager», he pretty much called me a «lying thief».
