Burnie is absolutely amazing! I came for BANDW Swing class and due to how many people were present and the limited space we had, Burnie decided to teach us the Balboa Swing… perfect! =)
So much fun! He’s an easy instructor to follow and realized the stereotype «look» I had of Swing (that’s a very good thing!). He makes me want to attend a 30s speak easy… just gotta practice a little more first =/

First off everyone involved is super friendly and welcoming. It’s hard trying new things and having a bunch of smiling, friendly people greet you is always helpful. These are incredible dancers who put on a great show. They throw great parties with dj’s that know their stuff when it comes to danceable, fun music. The instruction is always clear and easy to follow and they literally get people swinging their first night out. Can’t say enough good stuff about Swing U. Oh, oops… did I mention that they are all very good looking and dress really snazzy? Well, I’ll put that in my next review!
