My mom has worked with Susan for 30 years and I have worked with her for the past ten years. She is the smartest trainer I have ever met and the absolute best in Pilates. She will not only taylor the exercises for exactly your body but also will tell you why it will help you and how it will improve both your strength and your posture. And she has the best smile. I highly recommend her.

Susan has provided a return to body movement for me! With her encompassing knowledge of body movement, with amazing perception, deep training and awareness, Susan has restored my body and back from post surgical nightmares to a hopeful state of being. How often do you work with a SMART trainer? Susan is amazing. I’ve been training with her in Pilates, weights and varied cardio for many years now — through pregnancies, crisis and celebration. In all cases she works intelligently with me, my body, my skills, my needs — not her agenda. Each workout is fun and different. No getting into a workout rut here! Susan is constantly educating herself in her field. She extremely knowledgable in the physiology of exercise, can work with and through injuries and always creates just the right routine. Plus, she is simply a wonderful person to spend time with!

I was recommended to Susan to help me get«wedding ready.» I’m a former swimmer and was concerned I’d look too bulky in my wedding dress. Susan’s specialty is pilates and she was essential for helping me correct my posture and I enjoyed our sessions so much I’ve been working out with her ever since. In addition to working out in her private pilates studio at Presidio Sports & Medicine, she’ll also keep you toned with a weight workout in the main workout room.
