I’ve only been here once and it was a pretty cool experience, there are only about 20 seats in the audience so you are very close to the actors and definitely feel like you’re a part of the show. I really liked the use of «director chairs» since it made me feel like I was behind the cameras in a movie shooting. I don’t go to many plays but it was nice to see actors that are in training putting on a performance(my roommate was one of the actors). I’d definitely be up for going to another show since it’s nice to be entertained and to support a local theater /school.

We were a little nervous about paying for a play that we hadn’t heard about, but this little theatre is a gem to be discovered. We watched amazing actors perform in A Bowl of Rose Leaves. The writer is even a local San Franciscian. We were laughing out loud as they discussed the art world and all of its problems. It was strange at first being so close to the actors, but worth it. There are only 30 seats in this theatre and I bet tickets will become harder and harder to get. Definitely worth the money and time(and Farallon is downstairs for a convenient cocktail after.)
