You suck harder than any other Starbuck’s — and that’s pretty darn sucky — ’cause Starbuck’s sucks! All you losers with your laptops hanging out here all day — get a job(and a life)! The little Asian girl behind the counter — take some pride in your job, Mrs. Livingston. When you are told there is hair in the yogurt, take action! All you coffee drinkers — you are the grossest! And how in Allah’s name do you not accept ApplePay?! #WTF

Staying in a hotel across the street and just wanted an effing bagel and tea. Didn’t want to bring my wallet cuz I can use Apple Pay. While waiting in line I saw these cute little Yogurt parfaits and thought«these looks good, I’m gonna get one». Went to take it and GROSS a long curly hair stuck to it. No thank you! Get to the register and find out they don’t have Apple Pay. WTF did I step into a time machine. So at least I NICELY told the cashier about the hairy yogurt, she just said OH. This place is the worst Starbucks in th history of Statbucks. I hope this place catches on fire and burns to ground and all that is left is one hairy yogurt. FU Starbucks on Geary

The girl up front is SORUDE(Sunday may 9, 9:45am). And completely uneducated about coffee. Everyone else was nice but she ruined my morning. Happy Mother’s Day

They let a person stay at this Starbucks with two vicious dogs that attached a patron. The employees said nothing. My decaf was weak, not like at the other Starbucks. Skip this Starbucks. They should close it down.

The more I frequent Starbucks, the more I wonder how they stay in business. It must be the sheer number of stores or maybe a lot of people like paying for really bitter, sub-par coffee on at well over half their visits. Or maybe I’m the only one that this happens to?!? In any event, this location was a convenient walk from my hotel and provided quick service.

Went here early in the morning before my flight back home. Standard Starbucks. Ordered a latte and Spinach Feta Wrap. Found a spot to sit down while waiting. The barista was giving out drinks to people very friendly… ly. *shrug* When he called mine out, I said thank you, and he just kinda looked at me for a good two seconds without saying anything, put the drink down, then walked away(no, not to make another drink). What. The. Fuck. Sorry I’m not the guy from the gym that you were talking to the other employees about… or even one of the other customers that you were just being friendly to. I was just the one customer who said«thank you» and apparently that’s the wrong thing to say? Then I went and sat back down and was waiting for my wrap. I waited probably for another 10 minutes when a wrap was called out, but then it was called out for someone named Mike. I’m not Mike. Huh, okay. Went and sat back down for another 5 minutes or so, then went up to the register and told the person who took my order. She said sorry and that it would be right out. Waited probably another 8 minutes before it actually came out. I will probably just go to the Jack in the Box on the corner of the same block next time. Cheaper, quicker, and maybe or maybe not friendlier.

This location is on my way to work, so I stop by every morning. One of the staff remembers my drink and my name which I really appreciate, and they are always so nice! Morning staff, anyway. I would occasionally stop by in the evenings and it’s almost a completely different«vibe.» The night staff seems a bit careless but at least my drink order still comes out. Though close to the busy union square it’s more of a quiet atmosphere with students and their laptops. I will mention that one morning, I saw a mouse running in and out from under the counter, right between people’s feet. Uh oh. And another incident when they called for my order, just as the employee was putting my drink on the counter we both looked down to see a small roach crawl by on the countertop. We looked at each other but neither of us said anything about it and I went on my merry way. So, I DO prefer this location over the one on Powell, since I always wait by the counter and watch them make my drink I’m not concerned too much about what’s going into my drink. I wouldn’t completely call this place filthy but maybe more inspection and some cleaning could be done more frequently.

This location is not usually overcrowded(or maybe I am just lucky everytime I come here). They have a conference style table in the middle where you can say hi to strangers seated in front or beside you. That’s how I made friends and oogled them eyecandies. As for the food and drink, it’s the usual starbuck staples. Nothing much to write home. The workers here are friendly and helpful. Thank you, guys! :) Due to the location, some street people may came in spouting some nonsense and then walked away just as fast. Yay for extra entertaiment!

Worst starbucks ever. Starbucks is supposed to be the McDonald’s of coffee. Quick service and consistent product. My experience might have been better at a different time. This particluar morning it was breakfast time and I happened to be in line behind someone else who seemingly worked at that location. All I wanted was my coffee. I had no use for the endless conversation the barista and the off duty barista in front of me had which held up my order. It seems the employees were really unaware of what was going on around them and why they were really at work. My coffee had that distinct burnt flavor that I thought Starbucks worked hard to get rid of. If you need Starbucks in San Fran, find a Peet’s…or find a different Starbucks.

I stop by here about twice a week as my work carpool picks up from here. The staff are always efficient and there’s typically seating and wi-fi available, making the half-hour wait bearable and sometimes even interesting. They have a great window view for people watching if you sit at the communal table. And the bathroom is secured but maintained quite well for a Union Square location.

This is consistently the slowest and least skilled Starbucks in San Francisco. Go over to Cyril Magnin and O’Farrell and save twenty minutes of your life.

Staff is fantastic at this store, I was here this morning and they had a constant line to the door and they just chugged away like it was nothing. The wifi was rubbish and eventually I got frustrated and went elsewhere which is why I took a star away, otherwise perfect commercialized coffee establishment. I also love that this store doesn’t enforce tattoo and piercing ban. Love it!

I love this Starbucks location. It’s not as busy as others so there’s hardly ever a line whenever I come by. The people here somehow are nicer too — they smile more :). And I feel like their beverage is more flavorful, less diluted than some locations.

I frequently go to Starbucks on geary street to have some breakfast and most times try to order the Skinny Café moccha. 90% of the times(including today) they said they had it, made me pay for it, and then handed me a non fat café moccha(more calories). Even though they both have less fat, it is not right to make me pay for something that wasn’t what I ordered. Why do they even bother putting the product on their menu, if they never have it?!

PLUS72BONUSSTARSANDHIP, HIPHOORAY! Let me give u the back story first so u can fully understand why their awesomeness had such a huge impact. My day started at 345 against my will due several drunk teens attempts at a chorus outside my window which is in one of the sound amplifying areas btw two building sound travels throughout the hallow empty space creating natural amp and also cause a panicked state for the already nervous & noisy dog that my neighbor let hang out on the fire a scape on next to my other window. I gave in on sleep in favor of sanity. This become theme for how almost every, no EVERYTHING that happened, attempted, thought, try to eat or drink and few times it seemed to be contagious due the 3 car accident I saw, & the nun that tripped on the stair above me, all before noon. Then I decided what I needed to change my luck was my favorite drink(grande in a venti cup 12 pumps of vanilla(oh yes 12) &2 in. Of room add ½&1/2) how could that many pumps of large amount of any liquid sugar filled anything not make everything better. Oh I’ll tell u. u go across town for ur favorite batista who makes it perfect but risking it all like a fool, I walked out drink in hand to go to this location b/c my phone was dead. I was unaware however, that the sidewalk I was on belong to someone but when she ran into me sending my beautiful beverage flight then demanded I saw I was sorry. I then came here hoping they would make my dreams come with a refill. … Then reality countered with a slap to my face when I remembered I didn’t bring any more cash… but at this point i figured they’d laugh at my request but after everything I could handle it … Then it all shifted and my faith in humanity was restored Because without even judgment Ethanol started to make the drink with a sympathetic smile and kylie comped it and then because of course the ½& ½ was empty Jose stopped what he was doing good and handed me a new full one. I think I should stay in here where it’s safe and the service is amazing!!! THANKS!!!#
