Great Starbucks with great baristas. Super convenient location and very fast. There’s almost never a line at all in the afternoon.

Don’t bother with this Starbucks. I’ve been here several times and it’s more stressful than helpful. Youll end up standing in a huge line. When you get to the front and order, they most of the time are understaffed and your experience will be less than great. Most of the time when I ordered a drink(during morning rush granted), I would wait for 20 minutes + and almost miss my bus. This morning capped it off as I didn’t even get my drink, and ran for my bus outside to barely catch it. They try but are really understaffed for the volume they get during rush hour. I hate to give a one star but when you can’t get your coffee without 30 minutes to spare it’s not worth it. Unless you just want to sit in there all day.

Most mornings I go to this Starbucks on my way to work. Mobile order thru the app on Caltrain and then 5 min walk to the store. By then the order is waiting for me on the pass and I grab a stool to eat my food. Order is always correct but I don’t have the most difficult order. Baristas are fast and the line is gone really quickly, Small store with your typical Starbucks merchandise. Limited seating and lot parking outside. Connected to a Wells Fargo.

someone needs to explain why this is literally the SLOWEST starbucks ever. I swear there is always like 4 – 5 people behind the bar yet it takes forever to get my drink and more people are working on the food orders than drinks.

Another bad start to a great day… Wtf. I mobile order for accuracy… it didn’t work. I keep telling my boyfriend(coffee master/shift supervisor) to quit because Starbucks is quickly lowering their quality standards along with their reputation. I’d highly recommend going to Peet’s down the street or even the Chrome Coffee Bar across the street(Chrome Coffee Bar is Cash Only). It’s sad to see people pay good money for mediocrity at best. My favorite and only barista I trust is Dorian.

I’ve used mobile order three times now over a month(giving Starbucks at least 10 – 15 minutes to process my order and make it) and unfortunately, 2 out of 3 times, I’ve still had to wait in the store for 5 – 10 minutes until I got my drink. If not for the convenience of this store’s location(it’s on my way), I would find a less busy/crowded and better-staffed Starbucks(like the one closer to Powell Station). Also, the staff here(maybe they’re just too busy) never make an effort to smile or greet/welcome the customers, which is vastly different from my experience at other Starbucks.

Disappointing. — Long lines that don’t move fast at all. — Extremely small and cramped with barely any seating. — Entrance is located in the back of the building in a massive parking lot. — And lastly, take a look at the pic I posted for this business(assuming it doesn’t end up getting taken down). I’m not necessarily upset, but it is rather laughable that one of the most common names for boys in the entire world could be butchered like that. And before you send me hate mail calling me stupid or ignorant and that maybe the person who wrote it down was someone who possibly is a foreigner and/or speaks/writes English as a second language — he wasn’t. Believe me, he wasn’t. 2 stars

I was here this afternoon, took 15 minutes to get my grande caramel latte. New employees, not efficient at all. 1 person at register, 1 new person trying to make drinks, 2 people restocking shelves. No sense of customer service or urgency. This is close to my work, but do not go here if you are in a hurry.

Perhaps the most poorly run Starbucks in the world. Never has been properly staffed for the business it does in the 5 years I’ve been going there. Usually a line out the door and 3 people working, 3 hanging out in the back room. Constant turnover of employees with some clueless newbie guaranteed to be waiting on you. Honestly, these people are sooo slow and stupid it makes the Post Office seem efficient. I’ve finally given up on going there, I don’t have 30 – 45 minutes to spend on getting a cup of coffee.

I was at this Starbucks store at Brannan &4th yesterday afternoon. The experience was disappointing. I received no eye contact, no greetings, no smile nor any welcoming customer service from the two Starbucks employees working at that location at the time. They didn’t seem to care about their customers nor providing warm/friendly customer service. I was at a Peet’s Coffee store today and their employees working at the time were happy and made me feel welcomed. What a contrast.

This Starbucks is a little offbeat The staff is friendly. I stop in occassionally. Would stop in more if the store felt cleaner.

This location is quite convenient if you need your morning caffeine hit on your walk to wherever from CalTrain. The line was long, almost to the door, but it went relatively quickly. The Barista is phenomenal — making drinks faster than the casheir takes orders. Once you order, the wait time for your drink is less than 2 minutes. If you bank at wells fargo, I can’t think of a more convenient location for you.

This location is pretty small with only 4 small tables and a short bar area next to the baristas. They have standard ATT wifi that worked well during my time there. Some of the tables have a Powermat charging spot for devices but you need the ring to make it work. Half the tables are close to an outlet. The place is loud despite the limited number of people it can house. More than likely due to the construction which has an echo and amplifying effect. Being headsets if having to hear all conversations in the place bothers you. Coffee and service was as expected from Starbucks. They were out of my first selection but did substitute with another without much delay. Location is good especially for those that work in the area or headed to/from Caltrain station. Also has a Wells Fargo right next door so you can do some banking. Other locations and options nearby that may be better for those that like to work at coffee shops.

The staff here are very friendly… especially the Asian dude. He had a great sense of humor and made a mundane Starbucks visit interesting! Plus, my cappuccinos are always decent and never bitter. If you do have an issue, you can write to corporate and they’ll send you a complimentary drink voucher. Always fair!

Sanitary nightmare. I stopped coming here a few months ago when I saw the dude behind the counter wiping his nose with the back of his hand. Unfortunately this place is right by my work and sometimes a girl needs a Starbucks to get through the busy day. Came back today to get an iced tea and sadly it was no better. About four different people touched the rim of my glass while moving it around from one counter to the next, back and forth, because no one wanted to make an iced tea. It’s ice and tea guys, come on! Finally the barista who took my order at the register(the one handling cash), walked over and made it. While I was glad to finally get my drink it was pretty unfortunate he did not wash his hands. Only coming here in times of desperation.

Today was the last straw. The starbucks was busy, so I figured I would let the fact that my drink was taking forever slide. Turns out that they simply lost my order after a 20 minute wait. A list of my other grievances: — My order has been botched a number of times, often confusing hot chocolate for a mocha or a ham and cheese croissant for a ham and cheese savory square(which is disgusting) — I often have to repeat my(simple) order multiple times before it is understood. I order 2 items from the standard menu. Nothing special. — Often their team does not know what other members of the team have done. As they figure it out, I wait for my breakfast. I could understand things happening every once in a while, but at this point it is near half of my orders. Taking my business elsewhere.

I have some minor issues with the signage here. The STARBUCKSCOFFEE letters are directly above a window that was plastered with Wells Fargo decals. What. I guess it’s a little difficult spacewise to figure out best practices since the Starbucks and the Wells Fargo share a building. But for someone who’s not used to seeing the bank/Starbucks combination, it was slightly confusing. The actual Starbucks is quite small. There are a few tables for you to sit. The bathrooms are in a shared hallway with Wells Fargo. You need a key to use the bathroom. Given that it’s San Francisco, I am not surprised. Unfortunately, someone STOLE the women’s bathroom key(according to the barista) so I went to use the men’s bathroom. Who. Steals. Bathroom. Keys. As far as food/coffee goes, I didn’t order anything but my friend ordered a drink and some food. I don’t really understand why the barista put his drink on the higher part of the counter as opposed to the(lower) bar area where the drinks typically go. The drink was also not outfacing to the customers so it was really hard for me to tell if a) is that a ready drink and b) if so, whose drink is this? The donut was fine although Starbucks generally has consistent food quality all around so one shop’s donut shouldn’t taste differently from another shop’s.

Props to this location cause the renovation of this facility looks better and brighter. The Caramel Flan Latte is a tasty new beverage on the menu. I ordered this and a Sausage Breakfast Sandwich. They do feature a selection of pastries from La Boulange which I thought is decent. A breakfast sandwich, panini or a pastry with a cup of coffee always hit the spot for a quick breakfast or break time snack. Efficient services and friendly staff members so I’ll definitely be back when I am in the area. A USPS facility, The UPS Store and Caltrain Station — within a walking distance from here. 01/21/2014: The Chocolate Marble Loaf Cake is the third pastry item from La Boulange I just tried and it is delicious. As always, the service here is fast and friendly so it is definitely worth the time spent here. There is a parking lot available here which is always a good thing. 03/15/2014: — Slow Roasted Ham and Swiss Cheese Breakfast Sandwich — Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich — Vanilla Macchiato These are some of the latest menu items. Simply delicious for a quick breakfast or snack break. This is something I’ve tried recently and it’s satisfying.
