The proprietor, I believe her name was Elizabeth had re-​scheduled on several occasions although very apologetic. The food unfortunately was a let-​down. Just too bland and felt the cost was too unaffordable for the quality.

From a small and intimate luncheon to an elaborate dinner, Chief Elizabeth will cater to your epicurean delight. I first met Elizabeth at my church. She’s such a wonderfully sweet person. I suppose I had one of those moments when you meet someone, think they’re normal, nice, etc. and then — whoah! — wham! — you find out they have a hidden talent. I had no idea Elizabeth is an amazing chef! And to top it off she’s so humbly passionate about it. Her dishes taste fabulous. I can’t wait to sign up for some lessons.
(Shhh — I don’t know how to cook and I’m terrified of meat! So I’ll let you know how I feel about cooking when I’m done with some lessons from Chef Elizabeth at Sprig of Thyme!)
