Andrew fitted me for a shirt whilst I was visiting SF a few months back. I was extremely pleased with the way he took his time measuring all aspects of my not so proportionate body. It came reasonably quick and fit like a glove with plenty of room for movement and perfectly fit around my gut. The collar was perfection, unlike others that I had made where it was ¼ to ½ inch to big or a bit snug. I just ordered 4 more shirts over the phone and Andrew’s brother looked me up, found me in a jiffy and we were done. I liked their customer service and moreover, their product.

tried very hard to get a custom jacket made by Andrew. Picked fabric and style, no return emails. Visited hotel store-​often not even there. Tried to get prices and was constantly given run around, Store is owned or run by tailor and only he can apparently give out prices. 3 months later told he can’t do my jacket too much old work that needs to be done first. Asked for a price was willing to wait-​still no price just the runaround. Clearly not a very consumer priority oriented business. Very unprofessional. Only go there if you like to waste plenty of time and still get no assistance. Can’t speak of quality of work as I was never ever to get anything made not even after 3 months.
