Silver Lion Service – Private Tours

We had a tour of San Francisco 7-​14-​2015. Our guide was Tatjana. We did 4 hours. She was a excellent guide, showed us all of San Francisco and more. Highly recommend this cop-​any and this a guide.

Absolutely amazing! Dirk was our tour guide and we could not of had a better time with him. There were a total of 6 of us in our 30’s and he catered to everything we wanted to do. We went to different places that I wouldn’t have even thought about going to and everywhere he took us was absolutely perfect! I could not suggest this tour more!

My family of four made a weekend trip to San Francisco and we booked Silver Lion on short notice. The pre-​trip responsiveness and follow-​up by Silver Lion were reassuring, since we had not used them before and other tour guides were fully booked.
Our guide, Holger, the company’s owner, met us on time with a very nice tour van, at our hotel at Fisherman’s Wharf and proceeded to show us several highlights of the city over the next five hours. One thing we liked is that he frequently stopped the tour van and encouraged us to explore on foot for as long as we wanted. The tour was definitely not a «drive-​by» experience.
Holger is a long-​term resident of SF and an experienced tourism professional so he really knows how to treat visitors. He did not blab too much, and was frequently humorous in his comments. As veterans of many private tours around the world, some great, some awful, my entire family gave Holger and Silver Lion a big thumbs up.
We recommend Silver Lion and Holger without hesitation if you want a first class private tour of San Francisco.
