I work in SOMA, and it is great to be able to get in for lab work, or to update info, and get paperwork done. It is much easier to walk a couple blocks than to get to the opposite corner of the city. I just wish my primary care physician had hours there. Otherwise it has always been a good experience. Clean, fast, and convenient.

I really wish San Francisco cared about their veterans. If this place had more funding and people willing to volunteer to help everyone who works here out, it would be a complete turn around. The people that work here work their asses off, and to be fair I think unless you’re a vet you should just hold your tongue.
This VA needs more attention, it’s close enough to the financial district, but I guess it’s better to build condos and ignore all of our problems.
If you’re a vet and you need help, just come in, it’s a positive environment.
