We have two extensively greened decks at our place in SF, including palm tress, herb garden, and wooly pockets. Ann Marie has taken wonderful care of them for the last six years. Love her work!

Ann Marie and her crew have done a beautiful job with our garden for over five years. She has helped us create and maintain a garden of California native plants with low water needs. She understands just how each plant will grow and its needs for particular light, soil and climate and always steered us right. She has a friendly, reliable, responsible and knowledgeable crew who come for maintenance. She and they have always been available to come quickly in emergencies to help after a storm or when our watering system spazzes out. Last but not least, she is really flexible and comfortable pacing the work to fit our budget.

Ann Marie, the designer at SF Gardener, is quite simply one of the most talented and dedicated landscape designers working in the Bay Area. She’s communicative, responsive, dedicated, and above all, a masterful creator of beautiful outdoor spaces. As adept at creative a new native plant garden as she is enhancing and maintaining an existing garden, she’s never failed to help translate my vision into beautiful design. Her all english-​speaking crew is professional and courteous and she’s always close at hand to offer insight and advice.
Simply put: I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s already responsible for some of the City’s most beautiful yards… I count myself lucky to be a client.
