Part of a team at Zyphr, she and her partner, Diane Onken, have an amazing track record: they get the highest price in the area time and time again. How do they do it? Hard work, availability, attention to detail, connections in the industry, staging supervision, and a crew to do the floors, and all the other work (this is big!) and a fabulous business sense! (Sandy has an MBA!)
