I have the feeling that all those reviews come from Sandra’s Brazilian Friends! I am saying that because I have plenty of experience contacting her to send me a person to help me. My first time contacting her, she sent me a lady that left lots of things on the floor — such as piece of toilet paper, soap in the bath tub and others. The last time was the worse. I am pregnant and I am in risk conditions to loose my baby, so I cannot do any bathroom cleaning. I contracting her and she send me this very nice boy called Pedro. He did not clean a thing! He left my three bathrooms pretty organized, but dirty! My bath door was white because of the steam of the water — super easy to clean. My sink was super dirty and so on… My kitchen was super organized already, the floor had the same dirty stepts than before!
I realized that Pedro has no experience cleaning, so I called her and asked her to send me someone with more experience. She answered me that she would only send Pedro back to finish his job. However, I replied that he did not know that job, I need someone with experience with him then. She has never replied me, and would never give me my money back.
I heard from other people, that her agency is Free money with people who may not care about cleaning. All they do is organizing the house that it looks clean, but when you look close you will see the dirty.
So desapointed!

Sandra’s cleaning service is the best. I have a nice size 2 bedroom apartment and she leaves it spotless. It is amazing. She is the best in San Francisco and the Bay Area. She is affordable, meticulous and works around your schedule.

Sandra is a nice Brazilian woman who works fast and profound, and leaves the house spotless. I’m a Swiss woman and I like it clean, and I can say Sandra would meet the Swiss standards. She is trustworthy and reliable, and I would give her the best rating. I recommend her!
