I miss the stain glass in the lobby (hence my 4 star rating), I actually find it quite heartbreaking. I also miss the original exterior color, it was much softer. The beauty of properties in SF is their originality and character, so it is perplexing as to why a change would be desired.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have grandparents that have brought our family here for 28 years and SF definitely would not feel the same without staying here. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgable and attentive. I love the elegance and and detail paid to every room. The suites are spacious and immaculate and having a full service kitchen is PRICELESS when you’re staying for a long period of time or bringing the kids.

Great location, easy walk downhill to Union Square. Can take the cable car back up if steep hills aren’t for you. It’s only three blocks up. The suites are large and well equipped for cooking, etc. They have wine and cheese in the afternoon. You can have breakfast sent up. Wish we could have stayed longer. Barb

I stay at the San Francisco Suites with a friend every time that she comes into town.
These timeshares (called cityshares to the Suites) are absolutely beautiful. Each one I have been in has been decorated with taste and all are luxurious.
There is a beautiful terrace with a cool gazebo on the top of the building. It can get extremely windy up there, but the view can’t be beat.
The staff is top-​notch and always goes out of their way to be helpful. First class at every turn. I love staying here and look forward to it when I have the chance!
