Worst delivery experience of my life. Ordered chicken tenders at 2:30AM, called at 3:30AM(estimated delivery time) and was told my food was on it’s way. Food finally arrived lukewarm at 5:00AM after I’d been asleep for an hour. It really is as bad as the reviews say.

After ordering from I looked at Unilocal and was really scared that I would have a negative experience based on the other reviews. I actually had a positive experience which is why I wanted to leave this review. I am not sure if they switched management or something but the delivery took 45min which I feel is normal. The pizza and mozzarella sticks are good. Chicken strips are so-so. I would order from them again.

I have NEVER left a negative review in my life. After waiting an hour for my delivery, I was starving. My food arrived cold and the order was wrong. Whoever works there decided to change my sides and wouldn’t refund me for any of the wrong sides or cold food and even more disturbing — they were asking to take the food that was cold back(as in they were going to reuse it, recycling chicken wings is unsanitary and probably a health code violation). There are absolutely NO positive reviews on this spot for a reason. From now on I will read reviews before ordering delivery pizza in the city! THISPLACEDEFILEDMYTONGUE and they were extremely unprofessional and rude. I would make sure to tell all of your friends to NEVER go there or deliver from there. I’m embarrassed that I even gave a tip.

This is the worst place ever. Placed an order through seamless at 3AM with an 25 min estimated delivery time… It is currently 4:12 and I have yet to receive any calls regarding my delivery. I’ve called the restaurant before it closes regarding the order and all they said was that the order was out for delivery. I have no idea whether or not the pizza boy got the late night munchies and decided to screw my order or the restaurant is just completely oblivious on how to run a proper business, but this is by far my worst experience with any late night deliveries. DONOTORDERFROMTHEM. You’d be better off throwing your money in the toilet — that way you at least know your money is going down the drain.

This place is terrible! I ordered through — a site I’ve been using for years. This has been my worst experience yet. My order didn’t come until well after the promised delivery window. I sat up waiting for some time, and then finally went to bed after several calls to the restaurant. They ended up pounding on my door after I’d gone to sleep! The next day I called the restaurant asking for a refund since they were not able to provide the service promised and they flat out refused, calling me a liar. Customer service — not really their focal point. Don’t order from DaVinci’s, whatever you do!

I rarely write reviews, and when I do its usually positive. But my last order from this place was the worst GrubHub experience I have had to date. and Ive had a lot. Things started with $ 5 for delivery. Fine… but for $ 5 I expect it to be on time. I had a simple order, hamburger, philly cheese steak, fries and onion rings. pretty simple right? Well, after 50 minutes of being late you can imagine how well things tasted. Cold fries, cold onion rings, both the hamburger bun and cheese steak bun were soggy. I can handle lateness when the food is good but this was a complete order from frozen. The hamburger patty was from a box and dry. The meat in the cheese steak had that boiled meat smell. just all around a gross order… Its hard to know why this place has any good/decent reviews based on the frozen/cold stuff that was delivered to me. Never again.
