Update — 2 years later — 3 years total. Our facility has expanded to 88k square feet and service has even improved over time. They’ve corralled dishware, scrubbed out spillmarks in the carpet, added the capacity to do specialized cleaning necessary after buildouts or in cleanrooms. They keep an eye on people working after midnight and leave me a note who is still here (because the late person needs to set the alarm). I have handed them odd tasks and varying timings — all done with excellence and with a great attitude. This is the one aspect of my job where I never need to worry and do not have complaints from the internal users.
