I used Reverse regimen for 2 months and noticed no difference. I was not planning to order again, but I was charged for a brand new order and was notified of the charge to my credit card. I called customer service(waited on hold for 25 minutes) and was rudely told there was nothing they could do to credit my card. I now have to wait to return the product(which hasn’t even shipped) and then wait 10 – 15 business days for a refund. So, l was charged for something I did not want and then told I would have to wait 10 – 15 business days for a refund after I paid to ship the stuff back. Awesome. I attempted to email the company and was ignored. Nice way to treat a customer. This is unacceptable for a company that charges so much for it’s mediocre products. There are thousands of skin care choices out there, why would anyone put up with horrible customer service like this? Don’t do it. No one needs to be treated like this.

I have read the negative comments on this company and products purchased by other Unilocalers and honestly do not believe them. I have just purchased my first Reverse regimen from my friend and consultant. I LOVEIT! I swear some of my freckles are already gone. And the product makes my face feel so smooth and soft from the first day to today — I’ve been using it for 4 weeks now. I understood the pricing, pc perks and recurring charges. The products are expensive but the products work and it’s kind of «you get what you pay for.» I highly recommend Rodan and Fields products!

I too have never received my promised refund. I bought the acne product for my granddaughter whose esthetician said it wasnt good for her skin. I returned a nearly full order and no refund and I bought the skin lightener for myself and it burned my skin. Sent back. no refund. The stuff is so expensive — they should be embarrassed to charge so much. Buyer beware.

I used Rodan and Fields product for almost 60 days for my neck. I didn’t really notice any difference. I sent the unused portion back to them. I have made several phone calls and have been waiting over 3 months for my refund. Every time I call, I get the check is going to be sent out. It is amazing how fast they take your money, but when it is time to refund. THEY sit on your money… Buyer beware… Customer service lacks a lot!!!
